From a creative personality perspective, Lowenfeld suggested 4 capabilities of a creative personality: new definition capability, analysis capability, synthesis capability, and organizational unity capability. Practice of component capabilities of a creative personality would help managers build up career development skill in 3 ways: taking a new career, developing 2 careers at the same time, and forming social organizations after the success of the first career.
