Case method is a positive method of law training applied in many advanced countries in the world. In the method of traditional law teaching, hypothetical cases are usually created to illustrate the lecture s content while in case method, real judgments/cases are found and selected to explain and illustrate the lecture s content. How to use judgments/cases when teaching legal theory by case method? Learn about this issue, a subject of terms in the English contract law will be presented in a way that judgments/cases is used with the aim to clarify the theory of law which is taught.
