The rights of social security in rule-of-law state is an important issue. The level of establishment and implementation of social security rights reflects the extent of human liberation by states in history. Today, social security rights is the result of global and internationalized cooperation. The Vietnamese rule-of-law state acknowledges and offers specific solutions in order to guarantee social security rights. So as to expand social security rights, the basic demand for the state is gradually to internationalized, to innovative thinking, comprehend system and process of amending laws on social security.
