Mekong River delta has the various natural resources and equable climate to develop tourist, esp. convalescence tourist. Its climate relates to moonsoon subquatorial zone and differ from dry season (December to April) to rainny season (May to November) in some aspects such as 2000mm rainfall. thenumber of rainny days about 166 - 168 days, the number of clouds, relatively humidity at 80 percent. The coastal delta has over 234- 252 sunny days at 20 -25°C which can help people recover health. relax. To estimate the climate resource in Mekong river delta for healthy tourist. The authors use the statistical data and analyze, summarize the temperature, humidity, pressure, wind and special climate phenomenon. Dl stand for Discomfort Index. RSI stand for Realative Strain Index to give out the evaluative standards that is suitable for convalescence tourist in different levels: completely suitable, suitable, relatively suitable, unsuitable. This report has estimated conclussion in some aspects: extremely good (cloudy, humidity. radiation, sunshine), good (wind) and strong wind in a period of June and September. quite comfortable (rain, temperature). DI is at level of quite hot and RSI gets the comfortable rank from December to February and uncomfort in the period of March and November.
