This article surveys the writings of young writers in minority ethnic groups in Vietnam's Central Highlands in terms of some major elements such as ages, literary genres, the subjects mentioned in their works, etc. From a comparative perspective (both in synchronic and diachronic dimensions in relation to the literature of young writers in the North of Vietnam as well as to the modern literature of Central Highlands), my research tries to identify not only the literary values of young writers' works but also the role of young generation writers in an attempt to reflect the changing of Vietnam's Central Highlands in the context of cultural hybrids, migration and globalization.
