Rò bạch mạch sau mổ là một biến chứng ít gặp và có nhiều hình thái khác nhau như tràn dịch dưỡng chấp ổ bụng, khoang màng phổi, các ổ tụ dịch bạch mạch khu trú, chảy dịch bạch huyết ngoài da, rò bạch mạch trước bể dưỡng chấp tại rốn gan,...Trong đó rò bạch mạch trước bể dưỡng chấp tại rốn gan là một biến chứng rất hiếm gặp sau phẫu thuật vào mạc nối gan vị như cắt dạ dày hay nạo vét hạch vùng rốn gan. Phương pháp can thiệp bạch mạch qua da xuyên nhu mô gan là một phương pháp điều trị mới, ít xâm lấn, an toàn và có hiệu quả cao.

Postoperative lymphatic leakage is a rare complication and has many types such as chylous ascites, lymphorrhea, chylothorax, lymphocele, lymphatic fistula, hepatic lymphorrhea… Hepatic lymphorrhea is a very rare complication, resulting from a damaged hepatogastric ligament after gastrectomy or lymph node dissection. Transhepatic lymphatic intervention is a new, less invasive, safe and highly effective method.
