Research health status of workers (employees) in Vietnam Kaiyang Company; the results show that: Most employees have health type II increases higher than health inputs, especially in Completion Workshop (P 0.05). Rate of employees who have health type I is highest in the age group from 18-25 (52.1 percent) Health of type IV only exists in the age group 50 (28.6 percent); labors who have seniority age 2 years have highest rate of health type I (51.0 percent); Health type IV is only in the age group 5 years of seniority (3.2 percent); direct labors have rate of diseases incidence much higher than indirect employees (P0.01), the higher labor's age is, the more incidence of disease they have (P0.05).
