So sánh khả năng phát hiện SARS-CoV-2 của kỹ thuật real-time RT PCR trên mẫu gộp chứa 20 so với mẫu gộp chứa 10 bệnh phẩm dịch tỵ hầu. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả và thực nghiệm labo. Mẫu gộp 10 và gộp 20 được tạo từ các mẫu bệnh phẩm dịch tỵ hầu đã được xác định âm tính và dương tính với SARS-CoV-2 sẽ được thực hiện xét nghiệm bằng real-time RT PCR. Phân tích tỷ lệ đồng thuận dương tính và âm tính của xét nghiệm trên mẫu gộp 20 với mẫu gộp 10. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ đồng thuận dương tính của xét nghiệm phát hiện SARS-CoV-2 ở trên mẫu gộp 20 với mẫu gộp 10 bằng kỹ thuật real time RT-PCR là 100%. Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cho thấy khả năng phát hiện mẫu dương tính với SARS-CoV-2 bằng kỹ thuật real time RT-PCR trong mẫu gộp 20 được tạo ra bằng cách gộp dung dịch từ 2 mẫu gộp 10 (10 que tăm bông bệnh phẩm) là tương đương với mẫu gộp 10.

Comparison of ability to detect SARS-CoV-2 in 20-pooled and 10-pooled Nasopharyngeal swabs using the real-time RT PCR method. Methods: This was a descriptive and experimental study. The 10-pooled and 20-pooled samples were created from nasopharyngeal swabs confirmed as positive and negative with SARS-CoV-2. The pooled samples were tested using the real-time RT PCR. Positive agreement and negative agreement of the test on 10-pooled and 20-pooled samples were compared. Results: The percentage of positive agreement of the real-time RT PCR to detect SARS-CoV-2 in 20-pooled with 10-pooled samples was 100%. Conclusion: Our study showed that the ability to detect a SARS-CoV-2 positive sample of the real-time RT PCR method in 20-pooled samples that were produced by mixing the solution of 2 of 10-pooled swab samples was equivalent to the ability to detect a SARS-CoV-2 positive sample in the 10-pooled sample.
