Research and intervention on O.S.H awareness and cleaning respiratory system for male workers in Tam Diep - Ninh Binh cement company. Output obtained following intervention shows: O.S.H Awareness: Percentage of worker aware of the hazardous elements and ricks have risen from 11 percent and 29 percent up to 67 percent and 70 percent. O.S.H practice: aspect ratio of workers successfully maintain safety notice on labour tool and avoiding disease grows from 30 percent up to 60 percent. Oeaning respiratory system: + Basic symptoms reduce significantly; + Sinusitis: from 100 percent shrinks to 63,7 percent. Chronic respiratory diseases drop clearly and is statistically meaningful (P 0,05).
