The objectives of the study were to describe varus angle and internal rotational angle in cubitus varus patients and to evaluate the result of close wedge corrective osteotomy with K-wire orientation for cubitus varus treatment. Patients and method: Observational prospective study was carried on 24 cubitus varus patients. All patients were treated surgically with close wedge corrective osteotomy technique with K-wires orientation. The results showed that the average varus angle is 24.8 +/- 5.6; internal rotational angle is 21.4 +/- 6.7. Post operative results according to Ippolito classification for Good, Moderate, and Bad 8.3 percent are 83.4 percent, 8.3 percent and 8.3 percent respectively. In conclusion, close wedge corrective osteotomy technique with K-wire orientation for cubitus varus treatment give good results.
