Background: Coma caused by cerebral infarction is a progression of brain stroke, the prognosis of death. Subjects and Methods: 40 patients with coma due to cerebral infarction was assessed by characterizes the onset, clinical symptoms, brain injury on CT-Scan. Results: The average age was 67.7 + or - 13.89. Percentage of patients sudden onset, severe from the start was 77.5 percent. The common symptoms are hemiparesis, consciousness disorders from onset, circular muscle disorders, seizures, eyes doll reflex. Glasgow average score was 6.35 + or - 1.88. Level coma I was 72.5 percent, level II (10 percent), level III (10 percent), level IV (7.5 percent). CT-Scanner shows: hemisphere was 75.0 percent, brainstem lesion (22.5 percent), cerebellum (2.5 percent). Large lesion size was 87.5 percent, a lesion place was: 55.0 percent, two places (35.0 percent), more two places (10.0 percent). 90.0 percent with displacement effect with moderate, severe. Conclusion: coma due to brain infarction seen in the case of sudden onset and severe from the start, with circular muscle disorders, seizures. Mostly are level I and II coma. On CT-Scanner lesion both hemispheres and brain stem large size, displacement effect with moderate, severe.
