Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng lo âu, trầm cảm ở người vợ thực hiện kỹ thuật thụ tinh ống nghiệm tại Bệnh viện đa khoa Tâm Anh Hà Nội và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 385 người vợ thực hiện kỹ thuật thụ tinh ống nghiệm tại trung tâm hỗ trợ sinh sản bệnh viện đa khoa Tâm Anh Hà Nội từ tháng 4/2023 đến tháng 10/2023, đánh giá mức độ lo âu, trầm cảm theo thang đo DASS.Kết quả: Về mức độ lo âu từ nhẹ, vừa, nặng và rất nặng chiếm tỷ lệ lần lượt là 10,9%; 2,3%; 0,3%; 0%. Tỷ lệ trầm cảm từ nhẹ, vừa, nặng và rất nặng lần lượt là 8,6%; 2,1%; 0,5%; 0%. Các yếu tố cường độ làm việc, loại vô sinh, thời gian điều trị vô sinh có liên quan đến tình trạng lo âu và trầm cảm ở người vợ. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ lo âu, trầm cảm ở người vợ vô sinh thực hiện kỹ thuật thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm lần lượt là 13,5% và 11,2%. Nhân viên y tế cần động viên, chia sẻ cho đối tượng người vợ có thời gian điều trị từ 1-3 năm; cường độ làm việc căng thẳng; nguyên nhân vô sinh thứ phát
Objective: Describe the situation of anxiety and depression in wives undergoing IVF at Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi and identify some related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 385 wives undergoing IVF at the fertility support center of Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi f-rom April 2023 to October 2023, assessing anxiety levels , depression according to the DASS scale. Results: The level of anxiety f-rom mild, moderate, severe and very serious cases accounted for 10.9%; 2.3%; 0.3%; and 0% respectively. The percentage of mild, moderate, severe and very serious depression were 8.6% ; 2.1%; 0.5% and 0%, respectively . Factors such as work intensity, type of infertility, and duration of infertility treatment are related to anxiety and depression in the wife.Conclusion: The rates of anxiety and depression in infertile wives undergoing in vitro fertilization were 13.5% and 11.2%, respectively. Medical staff need to encourage and share ideas for wives whose treatment time were 1-3 years; stressful work intensity; cause of secondary infertility
