The paper contributes to the field of coastal change forecast at Northern Vietnam delta in the situation of sea level rise based on geomorpho-dynamic and hydrodynamic studies. Some forecast involves: - The increasing of sea wave power will effected to the geomorphologic processes and as the results the change on front delta development, river's mouth shape, river winding, river's ramigenous belong to Red river system. - The suddenly increase of sea dynamic impacts which mainly caused by the change of sea's wave dynamic pattern, those contribute to the completely different on coastal hydro-sedimentation regime, and atthe result creates new pattern of sediment distribution at coastal land.
