This first ever inventory, including 3 field trips of 30 days, conducted from March to September 2011, founded 72 macrofungi belonging to 13 genera, 25 families, 11 orders and 3 phyla (Myxomycota, ycota and Basidiomycota) in Su Gia Map National Park, Sinh Phuoc province in the South of Vietnam. of the recorded species are usable as food and 5 as medicinal ingredients. Species harvested by local unities, mainly by the indigenous Stieng, are Ganodenna lucidum, Auricularia auricula, Tenntomyces Ius, Pleurotus ostreatus. Most of them were found in the Dipterocarpus spp. dominated evergreen, followed by the deciduous forest Lagerstroemia spp. dominated and then the bamboo and tree mixed. The results indicate low number of recorded taxa in comparison with several other studies in the, possibly due to the short survey. More research is needed to draw a full image and provide sound for conservation and development of the macrofungi diversity of the park.
