A retrospective study 28 cases of endometrial lost in the abdominal wall were treated at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Objective: Describe some functional characteristics, physical and clinical outcomes of endometrial lost in the abdomen at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 1/2012 to 6/2014. Study Design A retrospective cross-sectional descriptive. Results: The mean age of subjects was 30.6 and 89 percent have a history of cesarean delivery for the first time. Time expression of disease was 2.5 years. The main symptom is abdominal pain, incision location of bleeding and then manually palpable mass below the wound or incision into the abdominal edge. The volume occupied optimistic endothelial left most (60.7 percent). Average tumor size was 3 cm. All patients were surgically endometrial mass communication, only one case of bleeding complications after abdominal surgery back surgery. The clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes were compared and discussed.
