An agreement on court choice by parties to a case having foreign factors has beenfirstly recognized in the Civil Procedure Code of 2015. However. it seems that there are no specific conditions for the validity of such agreement. This paper will analyse such conditions according to Vietnamese lent's and regulations in comparison with foreign laws to determine specific requirementsfor the validity ofan agreement on choice of Vietnamese court or foreign court.
