Objective: Detect a number of problems related to drug use. Materials and Methods: Gathering information from each patient after endoscopic sinus surgery and compare them with information from the selected to find DRPs. Results: The findings are 56 DRPs, in which 28 related to drug selection, 19 related to the use of drugs, 9 related to the dose and frequency of doses taken. Conclusion: The DRP after endoscopic sinus surgery: Option drugs not suitable for recommendation: 93 percent: Time of inappropriate drug use: 45 percent; The dosage and frequency of use is not exactly: 100 percent.
