Với mục tiêu nghiên cứu, lựa chọn tổ hợp ngô lai có triển vọng nhằm góp phần vào công tác chọn tạo giống ngô lai phù hợp cho của tỉnh Thái Nguyên, thí nghiệm được tiến hành trong vụ Xuân và vụ Đông năm 2018 tại phường Quang Vinh, thành phố Thái Nguyên, gồm 07 tổ hợp ngô lai được chọn tạo và 01 giống đối chứng là NK4300. Kỹ thuật trồng, chăm sóc và phương pháp thu thập số liệu được thực hiện theo Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật Quốc gia về khảo nghiệp giá trị canh tác và sử dụng của giống ngô QCVN 01-56-2011. Kết quả cho thấy, các tổ hợp lai trong thí nghiệm có thời gian sinh trưởng từ 113 - 119 ngày (trong cả hai vụ) đều thuộc nhóm trung ngày. Chiều cao cây cao, chiều cao đóng bắp và tỷ lệ đóng bắp của các tổ hợp lai đều đạt mức tốt. Các tổ hợp lai đều bị nhiễm sâu đục thân ở mức độ nhẹ, nhiễm bệnh khô vằn với tỷ lệ từ 5,8 - 21,7%, trong cả hai vụ thí nghiệm. Hai tổ hợp lai CNC268 và MRI5 có năng suất thực thu cao hơn đối chứng, đạt lần lượt 91,3 và 81,8 tạ/ha trong vụ Xuân và vụ Đông năm 2018. Tổ hợp lai MRI5 có năng suất thực thu cao và ổn định qua hai vụ thí nghiệm.

With the goal of researching and selecting promising hybrid maize combinations, it contributes to the selection of suitable hybrid maize varieties for Thai Nguyen province, the experiment was conducted in Spring and Winter 2018 seasons, including 07 new hybrid maize combinations and control variety NK4300. The planting techniques, tending techniques and data collection methods are implemented in accordance with the National Technical Regulation on testing for Value of Cultivation and Use of Maize varieties QCVN 01-56-2011. The results showed that the hybrid combinations in the experiment had medium growth duration (113 to 119 days in both seasons). The plant height and ear height, the EH/PLH were good. The hybrid combinations are lightly infected with stem borer and the blight disease (5.8 – 21.7%) in both seasons. The hybrid combinations CNC268 (in Spring) and MRI5 (in Winter) yielded higher the control. The MRI5 has high yield and more stable in both seasons.
