Bảo đảm quyền của người lao động (NLĐ) trong các doanh nghiệp (DN) là nhu cầu của mọi quốc gia trên thế giới khi lực lượng lao động chiếm tỷ lệ ngày càng lớn, là động lực chính thúc đẩy sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội. Đối với Việt Nam, bảo đảm quyền của NLĐ là cơ sở để đưa đất nước ngày càng phát triển, bảo đảm tăng trưởng hai con số trong kỷ nguyên mới – kỷ nguyên vươn mình và phát triển thịnh vượng của dân tộc. Trên cơ sở phân tích một số vấn đề lý luận và quy định về bảo đảm quyền, phương thức bảo đảm quyền của NLĐ trong pháp luật Trung Quốc, bài viết rút ra một số kinh nghiệm hoàn thiện pháp luật về bảo đảm quyền, phương thức bảo đảm quyền của NLĐ trong các DN phù hợp với điều kiện Việt Nam hiện nay.
Ensuring the rights of workers in enterprises is a need for every country in the world when the labor force accounts for an increasingly large proportion, which is the main driving force for socioeconomic development. For Vietnam, ensuring the rights of workers is the basis for further development of the country, ensuring double-digit growth in the new era - the era of national development and prosperity. Based on the analysis of some theoretical issues and regulations on ensuring rights and methods of ensuring the rights of workers in Chinese law, the article draws some experiences in perfecting the law on ensuring rights and methods of ensuring workers’rights in enterprises in accordance with current conditions in Vietnam.
