Lung cancer is one of the dangerous, hard-.to-treat types of cancer with high mortality rates. There are several animal models such as chemical induced cancer model, human cancer in immune deficient mice (nude mice) for pre-clinical research on human lung cancer. In this study, mouse Lewis lung cancer cells were inoculated in 15 BALB/c mice, all animals develop tumor, the successful rate reached 100 percent, rate of survival animal was 86.67 percent after 29 experimented days. the authors also studied on mouse Lewis lung cancer cells development in 15 Swiss mice, the successful rate reached 93.33 percent, survival rate after 29 experimented days was 100 percent.
