Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả kỹ thuật nối tụy - ruột kiểu Blumgart theo Satoi cải biên tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 73 bệnh nhân (BN) được phẫu thuật cắt khối tá tràng đầu tụy, nối tụy - ruột kiểu Blumgart theo Satoi cải biên tại Khoa Phẫu thuật Tiêu hoá - Gan mật tụy, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 10/2020 đến tháng 4/2023...

Objectives: This study aims to research on the safety and effectiveness of the modified Blumgart pancreaticojejunostomy anastomosis by Satoi in Bach Mai Hospital.
