The Law on Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Enforcement of civil judgments of the National assembly dated 25/11/2014 will take effected from 01/07/2015, with some significant amendments which prescribe more specific regulations of rights and obligations of involved parties, verification of the conditions for judgments execution, application for the coercive measures to enforce judgments. This article analyzes the reasons for amending and supplementing a number of articles of 2008 Law on Enforcement of civil judgments; and amendments and supplements which are significant and meaningful to in order enhance the performance of the civil judgments enforcement in future.
