Cross-sectional study design, descriptive analysis. The total number of 66 patients was diagnosed with myocardial infarction with ST elevation and duration of chest pain and hospitalization 24 hours. Patient outcomes were collected anthropometric indices, blood pressure, blood lipid profile, ECG; blood taken 4 times (the new hospital, 6 hours, 24 hours after admission, 7 days after chest pain) to measure the concentration of biological markers: TnICK, CKMB, LDH.Xu data analysis using SPSS software 15.0, drawing curves and area under the ROC curve, calculated the sensitivity, specificity in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
