The weakness of the tympanoplastic repairefor the tympanosclerosis is the recurrence of the fibro-sclerotic tissue postoperative. Objectives: To evaluate the result of the osculoplasty by the bioceramic prothesis on the tympanosclerosis. Methods: (1) 60 patients evalueted by the Oto-endoscope and audiometry preoperation and postoperation 12 months. (2) The removal of the fibro-sclerotic lesion and the ossculoplasty by ceramic prothesis have been performed for these cases. Results and conclusion: (1) Endotympanoplastic repair by the ceramic prothesis for tympanosclerosis has impruved the hearing better than the removal of the fobro-sclerotic only. (2) The endo-transcanal technique is suitable for tympanoplastic repair.
