Experiential activities are compulsory educational activities in general schools. It is a bridge between the system of knowledge and skills that students are exposed to in teaching and learning activities and real life. Therefore, experiential activities play an extremely important role in the whole educational process in general schools, and in primary schools in particular, because it is one of the effective measures to implement teaching and learning topics in the direction of developing capacity and quality products. Pedagogical training (RLNVSP) is one of the two basic activities in teacher training. In which, experiential training of professional organizations is one of the most important contents. Based on the discussion and implementation of experiential issues in organizing experiential activities for primary school students, the author proposes solutions to improve the quality of training in organizing experiential activities for students majoring in Primary Education at Hanoi Capital University, in order to help students grasp the theoretical basis and necessary skills so that when they graduate, they are ready to fulfill their duties as primary school teachers when implementing the new general education program 2018.
