Trong những năm gần đây, Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Than - Khoáng sản Việt Nam (TKV) đã triển khai nhiều giải pháp để thúc đẩy hoạt động khoa học, công nghệ và đổi mới sáng tạo (KH,CN&ĐMST) tại các đơn vị thuộc và trực thuộc như triển khai 10 chương trình KHCN trọng điểm nhằm hiện đại hóa các mỏ than, đảm bảo an toàn lao động, vệ sinh môi trường, sử dụng tài nguyên và năng lượng hiệu quả. Hằng năm, TKV đầu tư khoảng 45-50 tỷ đồng cho việc nghiên cứu, đầu tư phát triển tiềm lực KH,CN&ĐMST. Để góp phần hoàn thành mục tiêu trong chiến lược phát triển KHCN và đổi mới sáng tạo đến năm 2030 theo Quyết định số 569/QĐ-TTg ngày 11/5/2022 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, TKV cần triển khai đồng bộ nhiều giải pháp, trong đó trọng tâm là triển khai xây dựng chiến lược phát triển KH,CN&ĐMST đến năm 2030, xác định các mục tiêu cụ thể như giá trị đầu tư cho hoạt động KH,CN&ĐMST so với tổng doanh thu; số lượng nhân lực hoạt động KH.CN&ĐMST, nâng cao năng lực quản lý hoạt động KH,CN&ĐMST, phát triển nguồn nhân lực KH,CN&ĐMST có trình độ cao.

In recent years, Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) has adopted many solutions to promote science, technology and innovation activities at its units and affiliated companies. For example, it has carried out 10 key science and technology programs to modernize coal mines, ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation, and use resources and energy efficiently. Every year, Vinacomin invests about 45-50 billion VND for scientific, technological, and innovative development activities. In order to achieve the science, technology development and innovation goals until 20230 set by the Decision No. 569/QD-TTg dated May 11, 2022 of the Prime Minister, Vinacomin needs to synchronously deploy many solutions, focusing on working out a strategy for science, technology and innovation development up to 2030. Vinacomin also needs to define specific goals such as the percentage of investment for for science, technology and innovation activities compared from the total revenue; the number of employees for science, technology and innovation development activities; improving the management of science, technology and innovation development activities; developing a high- quality workforce for science, technology and innovation activities. This study is to present Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited’s science, technology and innovation development activities until 2030.
