Additionally, factors such as the economic downturn, the Covid-19 pandemic, and global supply chain disruptions have created new situations that impact human resource development policies and their implementation in the sector in the coming years. Hence, the banking sector needs to change its human resource structure, operational methods, and the way it implements human resource development policies to adapt to the digital economy.
