Nghiên cứu hóa học của tinh dầu Hương thảo được lựa chọn bằng phương pháp sắc kí khí khối phổ. Tinh dầu Hương thảo là hợp chất thơm dễ bay hơi, chủ yếu được sản xuất bằng cách chưng cất hơi nước từ cây Hương thảo (Rosmarinus officinalis). Hầu hết các mẫu đều chứa một số thành phần đặc trưng phổ biến, chẳng hạn như α-pinene (25.99%), Eucalyptol (17,989%), bicyclo[3.1.1] hept-3-en-2-one (10,78%), Caryophyllene (4,273%), Endo-Borneol (3,823%), Bornyl acetate (5,023%). Kết quả cho thấy tinh dầu Hương thảo Việt Nam có các hợp chất thơm với tỉ lệ cao. Tuy nhiên, có sự khác biệt rõ ràng về sản lượng, thành phần và số lượng các thành phần được xác định. Tối ưu hóa quá trình bảo quản tinh dầu ở điều kiện thường, tối, 4°C, 45°C. Thành phần của tinh dầu không ổn định, luôn thay đổi theo thời gian sinh trưởng của cây, thay đổi theo điều kiện khí hậu, phương pháp chiết xuất, dẫn đến hàm lượng dầu khác nhau. Qua đó mở ra tiềm năng mới cho việc ứng dụng các hợp chất thơm giá trị cao có trong tinh dầu Hương thảo vào sản phẩm mĩ phẩm, nước hoa và dược phẩm.

Study on the chemical composition of rosemary essential oil selected by mass spectrometry. Rosemary essential oils are concentrated volatile aromatic compounds mainly produced by hydrodistillation from rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis). Almost all samples in the area contain some common characteristic ingredients, such as α-pinene (25.99%), Eucalyptol (17.989%), bicyclo [3.1.1] hept-3-en-2 -one (10.78%), Caryophyllene (4.273%), Endo-Borneol (3.823%), Bornyl acetate (5.023%). The results show that Vietnamese rosemary essential oil has aromatic compounds with a high rate. However, there are clear differences in yield, composition, and the number of identified ingredients. Optimize the process of preserving essential oils in normal, dark, 4°C, 45°C conditions. The composition of essential oils is unstable, always changing with the growth time of the plants, changing according to climatic conditions, extraction methods, leading to different oil content. Thereby opening up new potential in the application of high-value aromatic compounds in frankincense essential oil in cosmetics, perfume and pharmaceutical products.
