Bài viết này xác định các nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới thu nhập của hộ nông dân canh tác trên đất sau dồn điền đổi thửa tại huyện Hải Hậu, tỉnh Nam Định. Nghiên cứu thực địa được sử dụng kết hợp với hàm hồi quy tuyến tính bội để đánh giá ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố dưới sự hỗ trợ của phần mềm SPSS 10. Kết quả cho thấy, nếu tăng diện tích lên 1 ha, trong điều kiện các yếu tố khác không đổi, thì Thu nhập của hộ tăng thêm 5922 nghìn đồng (với mô hình canh tác 2 lúa) hoặc tăng thêm 6837 nghìn đồng (với mô hình canh tác 2 lúa – 1 màu). Nếu yếu tố Chi phí cơ giới hóa và Chi phí thuê lao động giảm thì thu nhập trung bình của hộ cũng tăng mạnh. Mặc dù yếu tố Số lao động của hộ và Trình độ văn hóa của chủ hộ cũng làm tăng Thu nhập của hộ nhưng tác động rất nhỏ. Nếu so sánh hai mô hình canh tác, mô hình 2 lúa – 1 màu cho hiệu quả kinh tế cao hơn mô hình 2 lúa. Các nhà hoạch địch chính sách và người nông dân nên tham khảo kết quả nghiên cứu này để ưu tiên đầu tư hiệu quả vào các nguồn lực chính yếu và vào mô hình kinh tế tối ưu nhằm nâng cao sinh kế của hộ gia đình nông dân.

This paper investigates factors affecting the farmer income after the land regrouping program implementing in Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province. To achieve this objective, this study employed mixed methods largely based on documentary research in combination with a linear regression model using the SPSS 10 software. The findings reveal that if Land Area rises by 1 hectare, keeping other factors constant, the household income will be boosted up by either 5922 thousand Dong (for the plantation models of two rice-crops per year) or by 6837 thousand Dong (for the plantation models of two rice- and one subsidiary crops annually). Mechanization Cost and Labour Cost also affect household income significantly. Whereas, Number of Labour and Education Level of a Household Head have little statistically impacts. The findings also reveal that the plantation model of two rice- and one subsidiary crops is more profitable than the model of two rice-crops per year. These findings are of useful for policy makers and farmers to prioritize their investment on the more profitable farming model and on the more critical factors affecting farmers’ income.
