This research to evaluate characteristics and outcome of large skin disglove resulting form traffic and work related injuries. There was 45 patients with 3 percent and more extremity skin disgloved surface. Most patients was undertaken one surgical procedure with taken rate of autoskin graft of 85.6 percent. Mesk graft was performed in 42.2 percent, followed by postamp graft (33.3 percent) and combination methods (24.4 percent). After 3 and 6 months of operation, pigmentation was the most common apperance of scar (57.8 percent), constructive scar was recorded in 40 percent of cases and extremity functions were also partly affected.
