Nghiên cứu đặc điểm giải phẫu của điểm bám dây chằng bên ngoài trên xác người việt trưởng thành. Nghiên cứu trên 30 tiêu bản khớp gối từ 15 xác tươi tại Bộ môn Giải phẫu Trường đại học y Phạm Ngọc Thạch, trong thời gian từ tháng 3 đến tháng 6 năm 2023. Nghiên cứu mô tả đặc điểm vị trí, kích thước diện bám dây chằng bên ngoài. Diện tích diện bám dây chằng bên ngoài trên xương đùi và xương mác lần lượt là : 41,33 ± 17,19 mm2, 33,55 ± 10,87 mm2. Khoảng cách tâm diện bám ở xương đùi của dây chằng bên ngoài trung bình nằm sau dưới mỏm trên lồi cầu ngoài trung bình là 1,78 ± 4,41 mm và 4,86 ± 2,57 mm. Khoảng cách tâm diện bám ở xương mác của dây chằng bên ngoài trung bình nằm trước dưới đỉnh chỏm xương mác là 8,40 ± 4,12mm và 0,78 ± 2,39mm. Kích thước và vị trí diện bám của dây chằng bên ngoài trên xác người Việt trưởng thành mang đặc trưng của người Việt.
Study the anatomical c-haracteristics of the attachment point of the lateral collateral ligament on adult Vietnamese cadavers. Research on 30 knee joint specimens f-rom 15 fresh cadavers at the Department of Anatomy, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, f-rom March to June 2023. The study describes the location and size of the attachment area of the lateral collateral ligament. The attachment area of the lateral collateral ligament on the femur and fibula is 41.33 ± 17.19 mm2, 33.55 ± 10.87 mm2, respectively. The average distance between the attachment center of the lateral collateral ligament on the femur below and behind the lateral epicondyle is 1.78 ± 4.41 mm and 4.86 ± 2.57 mm. The average distance between the attachment centers of the lateral collateral ligament on the fibula below and in front of the fibular head was 8.40 ± 4.12 mm and 0.78 ± 2.39 mm. The size and location of the attachment areas of the lateral ligament on adult Vietnamese cadavers are typical of Vietnamese people.
