Eight sows and eighty seven piglets from day 0 to day 28 were allocated according to randomized completely design and consisted of two treaments with or without premix Kich milk (1kg premix/200kg feed) in the diet of the sows at Binh An Pig Farm (27, Loi Trinh, My Loi, Cai Be, Tien Giang, from Aug to Nov 2014. The results showed that using premix Kich milk on the total of complex feed increase growth rate 13.6 percent at 0 and 28 days of age of piglets, decreased the diarrhoea ratio. It is conclude that premix Kich milk proved to increase of weight gain, stimulate absorption, digestion of nutrients in feed and reduce diarrhoea frequency, prevent enteric diseases in piglets.
