The paper presents an understanding of the situation of the international scientific publication of Vietnam. The data of paper were collected from the SCImago science measuring system combined with instructions how to use data sources explicitly cited. On the basis of such research, the article provides some discussion on the subject of international scientific publications of Vietnam.
