In operation, some grids often occur "voltage sag" making bad voltage quality in serious problem, and in special occasion as industry enterprises, it causes discontinously the operation of some large power enterpises or controled centers using electronic devices. To overcome voltage sag, the authors propose a solution applied dynamic voltage regulation (DVR) based on electronic power conversion and controled system to ensure action exactly with high dynamic. Main contents include: Caculating a DVR applying in important load to ensure stable operation in voltage sag phenomenon; Designing a DVR for a large driven system 1975 kW in Hoang Mai cement factory in Viet Nam; Simulating the operation of DVR in 6,3 kV grid; Evaluating results and discussion.
