Training human resources sector social work in social work is a demand in the economic and social development of the country. In the country, has long been trained in social work. But not until 2003, the new Ministry of Education and Training issued shares majors university level colleges. Since then, the university began training in the sector of social work university degree. The need to use human resources in social work more and require professional training in social work. Implementation Scheme of the Government 32 Development of human resources in social work for the period 2010-2020, the universities and colleges have made changes in human resource training and social work. In this study, the authors wanted to summarize the main points of the training sector of social work in universities, colleges and the development direction of human resources in social work.
