Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá kết quả điều trị kết hợp xương gãy thân đùi ở trẻ em tại bệnh viện Việt Đức. Phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 66 người bệnh gãy kín thân xương đùi được phẫu thuật từ 1/2019 đến tháng 5/2021. Tất cả người bệnh được khám lại định kì sau mổ: tình trạng nhiễm trùng, đánh giá trục xương theo thang điểm Larson và Bostman (1980) và liền xương trên xquang sau 6 tháng, đánh giá tầm vận động của khớp háng, khớp gối. Đánh giá sau phẫu thuật, 100% bệnh nhân không có biến chứng nhiễm trùng, trục chi tốt chiếm 97%, biên độ vận động của khớp háng, khớp gối tốt chiếm 100%, liền xương thì đầu chiếm 98%. Phẫu thuật kết hợp xương đùi ở bệnh nhân trẻ em là một phương pháp an toàn, cho kết quả tốt, tỷ lệ biến chứng thấp.

The study aimed to evaluate the results of osteosynthesis treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children at Viet Duc hospital. Method of cross-sectional descriptive study on 66 patients with closed femoral shaft fractures operated from January 2019 to May 2021. All patients were post-operative re-examined: infection, post-op femur axis according to Larson and Bostman scale (1980) and bone healing on x-ray after 6 months, assessment of range of motion of hip and knee joints. Evaluation after surgery, 100% of patients had no infectious complications, good limb axis accounted for 97%, good hip and knee range of motion accounted for 100%, bone healing accounted for 98%. Femoral osteosynthesis treatment in pediatric patients is a safe method with good results and low complication rate.
