Fiber concrete in general, steel fiber reinforced concrete in particular has been studied and applied in many fields of construction work. In the field of repair works the authors create the type of multi-layer structure. The effect of reinforcement is ensured by the bonding between the old concrete layer (normal concrete) and the new concrete layer (high-strength fiber reinforced concrete). Recently there have been authors of experimental studies on reinforced concrete beams in bending beams... However, the results of the above-mentioned authors were not to indicate the stress-deformation of the contiguous areas of two high-strength concrete and normal concrete materials, as well as no mention of any bond between two concrete layers. The tested beams in this study with steel fiber reinforced concrete layer on the whole of the normal concrete layer of the bending beams, for the case with and without the "link pins" between the two concrete layers with different mechanical characteristics, do not pour the concrete at the same time. The results obtained from the experiment were compared with the results of ANSYS analysis software.
