Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) by the anterior pituitary gland stimulates the Sertoli cells to produce the amount of sperm (spermatid). Effect of FSH to the target red blood cells, white blood cells and hemoglobin levels have change but no significant difference (p 0.05). Using FSH concentrations of 0.25 to 0.5 and 1.00 IU/ml significantly increased the number of testicular germ cells (P 0.05).
