Bài viết đề cập việc sàng lọc học sinh (HS) trung học phổ thông (THPT) có nguy cơ toan tự sát (TTS) khu vực Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), cụ thể là đánh giá chung về cảm xúc, hành vi và đánh giá nguy cơ TTS ở HS. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hầu hết các nhóm biểu hiện cảm xúc, hành vi đều ở mức hiếm khi. Các biểu hiện TTS dù được đánh giá ở mức thấp, nghĩa là không có sự bất thường nhưng khi phân tích sâu nghiên cứu phát hiện 8 trường hợp có nguy cơ thực hiện hành vi TTS cao, cần tiến hành can thiệp khẩn cấp. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy mối liên hệ giữa hành vi TTS với biểu hiện trầm cảm, thu mình và rối loạn cơ thể, đây là tiền đề cho những nghiên cứu tiếp theo trong đề xuất giải pháp phòng ngừa, can thiệp nguy cơ TTS ở HS THPT.

The article mentions the screening of high school students at risk of suicide attempts in the Ho Chi Minh City area. Specifically, a general assessment of emotions and behaviors and an assessment of the risk of suicide attempts in students. The results showed that most groups expressed feelings and behaviors at a rare level. Although the manifestations of suicide attempts were rated low, which can be interpreted as no abnormalities. An in-depth analysis of the study found eight cases with a high risk of suicide attempts, and urgent intervention was required. The analysis showed a link between suicidal behavior and depression, withdrawal, and body disorders, which is a premise for further studies in proposing solutions to prevent and intervene in suicide attempt risk in high school students.
