U dumbbell là trường hợp hiếm gặp,10% u trung thất sau phát triển thành u dumbbell. Phẫu thuật cắt u phức tạp, cần phối hợp đa nhóm phẫu thuật thần kinh và phẫu thuật lồng ngực. Dấu hiệu lâm sàng nghèo nàn,chẩn đoán chủ yếu dựa vào chụp cắt lớp vi tính và cộng hưởng từ ngực.Trường hợp lâm sàngBệnh nhân nam 43 tuổi, phát hiện u dumbbell bằng chụp cắt lớp vi tính và cộng hưởng từ ngực; đã cắt bỏ khối u lồng ngực bằng nội soi kết hợp với mở cung sau cột sống.

Mediastinal dumbbell tumor is a rare case, 10% ofposterior mediastinal tumors will develop into mediastinal dumbbell tumors.Totallyt tumorectomy is difficult, need to combined multiple teams neurosurgery and thoracic surgery.Clinical signs arepoor, diagnosis is mainly based on computerized tomography and chest MR Imaging scan. Clinical case 43-years-old male patient, detected dumbbell tumors by computerized tomography and chest MR Imaging scan. We have removed the thoracic tumor by endoscopy in combination with paravertebralincision.
