Nghiên cứu rối loạn lo âu lan toả ở lứa tuổi thanh thiếu niên nhằm đánh giá các đặc điểm stress và chiến lược đối phó ở nhóm người bệnh đến khám và điều trị tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai và Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 51 trường hợp được chẩn đoán xác định rối loạn lo âu lan toả ở lứa tuổi từ 10 đến 19 tuổi. Kết quả: stress thường gặp nhất là trong học tập với khối lượng học tập quá nhiều, quá khó chiếm 43,1%; thi cử xếp loại 41,2%; sự kỳ vọng của người khác 17,6%, mức độ stress thường gặp nhất là trung bình. Ba phương thức đối phó với stress thường được sử dụng nhất là tự đổ lỗi cho bản thân, trút giận và tự phân tâm. Các phương thức đối phó chủ động được sử dụng nhiều hơn ở cuối lứa tuổi thanh thiếu niên. Nam giới lựa chọn phương thức đối phó thích nghi (tập trung giải quyết cảm xúc và vấn đề) cao hơn so với nữ giới. Nữ giới lựa chọn phương thức đối phó chấp nhận cao hơn nam giới, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (p = 0,024). Phương thức đối phó bất thường: chấp nhận, trút giận, hành vi kém gắn kết và tự đổ lỗi cho bản thân là có tương quan tuyến tính tỉ lệ thuận với điểm số xác định tình trạng stress.

This is a cross sectional descriptive study of 51 adolescents from 10 to 19 years old diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder to assess stress characteristics and coping strategies. Patients were recruited for the study when they presented for examination and treatment at Bach Mai Hospital and the National Children Hospital. Results: the most common stress was academic requirement (43.1%) graded exams (41.2%) and people's expectations (17.6%). The stress levels are most often average. The three most commonly stress coping strategies are self-blame, anger, and dissociation. Active coping strategies are more often exercised by late teen adolescent males. Males are more likely to cope with stress by actively solving emotional problems and other problems than female. Females had a higher limit of passively coping with stress than males, the difference was statistically significant (p = 0.024).
