By through result survey of some researches on traditional villages in Vietnam recently, the Article would like to general description about reality traditional villages in Vietnam while the authors are building new rural areas program. Traditional villages are fast growing and contribute to create several new jobs, increase incomes of the people. However, it has got some limits on policy, produce administration and environmental business. So, it is not sustainability yet. On that basis, the article give to some offers, requests and solutions for social, economic, environment and policy to sustainable develop traditional villages in Vietnam in the future.
