U nhầy mạch sâu là bệnh lý lành tính của trung mô rất hiếm gặp và phát triển chậm. Bệnh thường xuất hiện ở nữ giới trong độ tuổi sinh sản và thường biểu hiện là các khối u ở khung chậu, đáy chậu, xâm lấn vào cơ xương và mỡ [1]. Do tỉ lệ rất ít gặp và không có triệu chứng đặc hiệu, phần lớn bệnh bị chẩn đoán nhầm tại thời điểm ban đầu. Chẩn đoán xác định dưa vào tiêu bản nhuộm HE và hóa mô miễn dịch. Điều trị tiêu chuẩn của bệnh lý này hiện này là phẫu thuật cắt rộng u và theo dõi chặt chẽ. Chúng tôi ghi nhận và báo cáo một trường hợp bệnh nhân nam, 45 tuổi, chẩn đoán u nhầy mạch sâu. Bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật cắt bỏ khối u và ra viện theo dõi định kỳ.

Deep aggressive angiomyxoma is a very rare and slow-growing mesenchymal disease. The disease is typycally found in women of reproductive age and often manifests in the pelvis, perineum region, infiltrates into the skeletal muscle and fat [1]. Due to its rarity and lack of specific symptoms, most of the disease is misdiagnosed at the initial stage. The diagnosis is confirmed by HE staining and immunohistochemistry. The current standard treatment for this disease is wide surgical excision and close follow-up. We report a case of a 45-year-old male patient diagnosed with deep myxoma. The patient underwent surgical resection of the tumor and was discharged for regular follow-up.
