School culture is not a new topic but is always of interest in the current context of internationally integrated education, especially in higher education institutions. The cultural environment at universities that is healthy, humane, democratic, and scientific will create motivation for administrator, lecturers, staff, and students to constantly innovate, contribute, and successfully complete their tasks; strengthen the image, reputation, brand, and trust of the school. Reality shows the need to build school culture and also shows that this is an issue with many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, this article has conducted research, survey, and evaluation to detect shortcomings in the implementation of school cultural behaviors of students at the University of Education, Thai Nguyen University, from there, it helps the school make interventions and adjustments to suit the current actual context.
