Chúng tôi đã phát triển một loại vật liệu mới là sử dụng chất lỏng ion mang lên silica gel làm vật liệu chiết pha rắn để phân tích fluoroquinolones. Trong nghiên cứu này, 1-methyl-1-octadecylpyrrolidinium bromide đã được tổng hợp và cố định lên silica gel (ILSPE). Cấu trúc của chất lỏng ion và chất lỏng ion gắn lên silica được phân tích bằng FT-IR, 1H và 13C NMR, TGA-DT, SEM, BET và EDX. Vật liệu được hình thành dựa trên liên kết hydrogen và tương tác van der Waals giữa silica gel và chất lỏng ion. Pha tĩnh này chứng minh là vật liệu chiế pha rắn hiệu quả lưu giữ enrofloxacin, norfloxacin và difloxacin. Cuối cùng, vật liệu được áp dụng trong xử lí mẫu trứng gà và tôm chứa enrofloxacin và difloxacin với hiệu suất thu hồi cao (80-110%).

We developed a new sorbent using ionic liquids grafted onto silica and applied it as solid-phase extraction in the analysis of fluoroquinolone antibiotic. In this study, 1-methyl-1-octadecylpyrrolidinium bromide was synthesized and grafted onto silica gel. The structure of ionic liquid and ILSPE material was characterized by FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR, TGA-DT, SEM, BET, and EDX. The material formed between silica gel and ionic liquids via hydrogen bond and van der Waals interaction. Ionic liquid grafted onto silica is an efficient sorbent for the preconcentration of enrofloxacin, norfloxacin, and difloxacin. Finally, it was applied to determine fluoroquinolones in actual samples (egg and shrimp) with high recovery (80-110%).
