Currently, the demand for fabrics with water resistance is increasingly widely used in clothing products in humid climates, sportswear and protective clothing,... The research creates Water-resistant woven fabrics are essential. In this paper, the influence of some structural parameters such as fabric weight (g/m2 ), yarn density (yarn/10cm) and fabric thickness (mm) has been presented on the water resistance. of 3 samples of 100% polyester woven fabric, with the water-resistant chemical used, TP-Phob FC 2904 combined with Phobol extender xan crosslinker, CH3COOH acid and soft water with a solution with pH = 5. Research results show that the larger the weight (g/m2 ) and the thickness (mm) of the fabric, the higher the water resistance of the fabric (%). Research results are the scientific basis for manufacturers to choose fabric structure parameters suitable for the use of water-resistant fabrics.
