The orbital tumors and intraorbital invaded skull-based tumors are rare. the authors report the experiences with the cranio-orbital-zygomatic approach. This technique is suitable to lesions situated in the region orbital tumors and intraorbital invaded skull-based tumors. Four patients suffering from different lesions were operated with good postoperative and cosmetic results. The authors conclude that this approach is safe and useful in selected cases.
