Đánh giá hiệu quả của phương pháp điều trị tiêm nội khớp bằng collagen ở bệnh nhân thoái hóa khớp gối tại Bệnh viện đa khoa Hà đông. Nhận xét các phản ứng không mong muốn của phương pháp này. Gồm 70 bệnh nhân nội và ngoại trú điều trị tiêm nội khớp bằng collagen (Arthrys 5 loại 2ml - sản xuất tại Italy) theo liệu trình 1 mũi ở bệnh nhân thoái hóa khớp gối tại Bệnh viện đa khoa Hà đông từ tháng 4/2024 đến tháng 10/2024. 100% bệnh nhân tiêm nội khớp bằng Collagen có cải thiện các triệu chứng lâm sàng thể hiện qua sự cải thiện của các chỉ số số VAS, WOMAC. Hiệu quả cải thiện mức độ đau và chức năng vận động theo thang điểm VAS, WOMAC ở nhóm nghiên cứu rõ rệt ngay từ sau 3 tháng sau tiêm, tốt hơn so với thời điểm ban đầu, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,05). Đau sau tiêm kép dài 12-24h: 17/70(24,3%) ở nhóm nghiên cứu. Không có bệnh nhân nào bỏ điều trị vì tác dụng không mong muốn của phương pháp. Liệu pháp tiêm nội khớp bằng collagen nên được chỉ định thường quy trong điều trị thoái hóa khớp gối vì hiệu quả điều trị bệnh tốt, tương đối an toàn.
To evaluate the effectiveness of intra-articular collagen injection treatment in patients knee osteoarthritis at Ha Dong General Hospital. Consider the unwanted reactions of this method. Including 70 inpatients and outpatients treated with intra-articular injection of collagen (Arthrys 5 2ml - made in Italy) according to a 1-injection regimen for patients with knee osteoarthritis at Ha Dong General Hospital f-rom April 2024 to October 2024. 100% of patients injected with Collagen intra-articularly had improved clinical symptoms as shown by the improvement of VAS and WOMAC indexes. The effectiveness of improving pain level and motor function according to VAS and WOMAC scores in the study group was clear right after 3 months after injection, better than at baseline, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Pain after double injection lasting 12-24 hours: 17/70 (24.3%) in the study group. No patient discontinued treatment due to unwanted effects of the method. Collagen joint injection therapy should be routinely prescribed in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis because of its good treatment effect and relative safety.
