Mô tả sự hài lòng của sản phụ và người thân sử dụng gói dịch vụ đỡ đẻ gia đình tại Khoa Đẻ, Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Trung ương. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, thu thập trên 252 sản phụ đăng ký đẻ thường tại Khoa Đẻ, Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Trung ương và có sử dụng gói dịch vụ đỡ đẻ gia đình từ 15/7/2024 đến 31/8/2024. Số liệu thu thập được nhập liệu và phân tích bằng phần mềm SPSS 16.0. Kết quả: Sản phụ sinh con lần đầu chiếm 66,7%; sản phụ có cắt khâu tầng sinh môn chiếm 99,2%; sản phụ được giảm đau trong đẻ có dùng thuốc chiếm 79,4%. Sản phụ và người nhà hài lòng với khả năng tiếp cận dịch vụ đỡ đẻ gia đình về cơ sở vật chất của khoa phòng cũng như thái độ ứng xử và năng lực chuyên môn của nhân viên y tế. Kết luận: Sản phụ và người nhà hài lòng với gói dịch vụ đỡ đẻ gia đình, cơ sở vật chất của khoa phòng cũng như thái độ ứng xử và năng lực chuyên môn của nhân viên y tế.
To describe the satisfaction of pregnant women and their relatives using the family delivery service package at the Department of Obstetrics, National Hospital of Obstetric and Gynecology. Method: A cross-sectional descriptive study, collected on 252 pregnant women who registered for normal delivery at the Department of Obstetrics, National Hospital of Obstetric and Gynecology and used the family delivery service package f-rom July 15, 2024 to August 31, 2024. The collected data were entered and analyzed using SPSS 16.0 software. Results: First-time mothers accounted for 66.7%; mothers who had perineal sutures accounted for 99.2%; mothers who received pain relief during labor with medication accounted for 79.4%. Pregnant women and their families were satisfied with the ability to access family delivery services in terms of the department's facilities as well as the attitudes and professional competence of medical staff. Conclusions: Maternal and their families were satisfied with the family delivery service package, the department's facilities as well as the attitudes and professional competence of medical staff.
