Mô tả thực trạng tuân thủ sử dụng thuốc và xác định các yếu tố liên quan của người bệnh đái tháo đường type 2 điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Nam Định năm 2025. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang với phương pháp chọn mẫu thuận tiện, bộ công cụ được thiết kế sẵn. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh nam nhiều hơn nữ, tương ứng 60,2%/39,8%; 45,9% người bệnh thừa nhận thỉnh thoảng có quên uống thuốc; 55,6% người bệnh quên uống thuốc trong 2 tuần gần đây. Có 29,6% người bệnh từng giảm liều hoặc ngừng uống thuốc khi thấy sức khỏe yếu hơn; 12,2% người bệnh từng quên mang thuốc khi đi xa; 10,2% người bệnh cảm thấy phiền phức với việc điều trị lâu ngày và tất cả người bệnh thấy khó khăn khi phải nhớ tất cả các loại thuốc tùy theo mức độ khác nhau. Kết luận: Phân loại mức độ tuân thủ dùng thuốc của người bệnh đái tháo đường tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Nam Định có 35,7% người bệnh tuân thủ cao; 41,8% tuân thủ trung bình và 22,5% tuân thủ thấp. Tuổi, giới tính và nguồn tiếp cận thông tin liên quan tới mức độ tuân thủ.
This study describes the current state of medication adherence and identifies related factors among outpatients with type 2 diabetes at Nam Dinh General Hospital in 2025. Methods: This study describes the current state of medication adherence and identifies related factors among outpatients with type 2 diabetes at Nam Dinh General Hospital in 2025. Results: The proportion of male patients was higher than female patients, at 60.2%/39.8%; 45.9% of patients admitted to occasionally forgetting to take their medication, and 55.6% had forgotten to take their medication in the past two weeks. 29.6% of patients had reduced their dosage or stopped taking their medication when they felt unwell; 12.2% of patients had forgotten to bring their medication when traveling; 10.2% of patients found the long-term treatment inconvenient, and all patients found it difficult to remember all their medications to varying degrees. Conclusion: The classification of medication adherence levels among diabetic patients at Nam Dinh General Hospital shows that 35.7% of patients have high adherence, 41.8% have moderate adherence, and 22.5% have low adherence. Age, gender, and source of information are related to the level of adherence.
